About Me

All my life I’ve felt torn between the creative and computational. The aesthetic and technical. I studied classical ballet for 15 years, but I was also a middle and high school mathlete. In college I studied Art History, then Electrical Engineering, and when neither felt right, I paused my education to reconsider. I spent years debating if I should finally go back to school for astrophysics, or furniture design, (or something else?) but I always felt stuck at a crossroads.

When I learned that UX design was a field, I knew almost immediately that I had found a career that wouldn’t make me choose. I promptly enrolled in General Assembly’s immersive UX program, and since then, I’ve worked on a range of mobile apps, websites, and software.

More recently, I feel like I’ve found a niche working on AI products. I love taking something powerful and complex like machine learning, and making it accessible to people of varying technical ability through a thoughtfully researched and designed GUI.
